Dalstrong 3-Pc Paring Knife Set - AUS-10V Damascus
Product Description
Dalstrong 3-Pc Paring Knife Set - AUS-10V Damascus
- THREE PARING KNIVES, THREE JOBS — IN-HAND DETAIL WORK FULLY COVERED: The 3.5" straight paring for general peeling and trimming; the 3" bird's beak for turning vegetables, peeling curved surfaces, and garnish work; the 3.5" serrated for citrus, tomatoes, and anything with a skin that slips. Together they handle every in-hand task a chef knife is too large and a santoku is too imprecise for.
- FOR IN-HAND PEELING, VEGETABLE TURNING, AND GARNISH WORK: In-hand paring knife work — peeling an apple, turning a carrot, scoring citrus zest — requires a blade that responds to finger pressure, not board pressure. AUS-10V at 62+ HRC takes an edge fine enough to feel precise in your hand, and the short blade length gives you control that a longer blade can't match.
- WHAT THE BIRD'S BEAK DOES (AND WHY YOU'LL REACH FOR IT MORE THAN YOU EXPECT): The curved bird's beak blade follows round surfaces naturally — peel a tomato in a continuous spiral, turn a potato into a seven-sided tourné, peel citrus close to the pith. It's the specialist blade that professional kitchens use for garnish work and that home cooks discover they can't do without once they try it.
- SHOGUN ELITE BUILD QUALITY IN A SET FORMAT: Same AUS-10V Japanese super steel, same 66-layer Damascus pattern, same G10 handle construction as the Shogun ELITE chef knife — in three short-format paring blades. If you own a Shogun ELITE chef knife, this paring set matches it in steel, handle, and aesthetic.
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT, GIFT-READY PACKAGING: The paring knife set for serious home cooks — gift-ready for culinary students, cooking class graduates, and anyone who's working on technique. Backed by Dalstrong's customer support on all three knives.
