Our USA Made integrated LED tail lights are covered by a full 2-year warranty from original purchase date for electronics, and limited 30 day warranty for the plastic lens/bucket assembly. Damages to electronics due to failure of lens assembly will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. This includes water damage. Items damaged in transit or during/after installation are not covered under warranty. This warranty covers repair/refurbish costs for items that are found to have a manufacturing defect. The customer must pay shipping costs to ship items to Custom LED for warranty claims. Return shipping will be at the discretion of Custom LED. In all warranty situations, the customer is required to send in their product for repair/replacement. There will be no exchanges. This is a repair based warranty, not replacement. In most cases, we handle warranty claims within 1 to 2 business days.
