wOil Water Mixable Fine Artists Colors look and feel like creamy traditional archival oil color but they simply clean-up with soap and water. The wOil series has been formulated using many rich single pigments for brilliance and clean color mixing. The Most suitable oils and dispersion methods have been selected to bring out the individual color characteristics, from opacity to transparency, impasto to glazes. The linseed and safflower oil vehicles have been modified to allow the color to mix with water, creating a stable emulsion. Amazingly, they are able to be mixed with acrylics, traditional oils, or watercolors. The Art and Creative Material Institute has certified all wOil colors and mediums as AP non-toxic.
