This is a great blend of herbs for helping the body detoxify and cleanse and move the lymphatic system while strengthening cells! Direction: Soak the tea in distilled water (at the rate of two ounce of herbs to one pint of distilled water), soak for 4 to 6 hours, then simmer thirty minutes, strain and then simmer the liquid down to 1/2 its volume. Drink 1/4 cup of finished concentrated tea mix with 3/4 cup of distilled water three times in a day.
