• Dimension: 7mm with a diameter tolerance +/-0.02mm. Precisely formed via injection moulding and grinding, ensuring consistent sphericity and dimensional precision.
• Hardness: Shore D 70 – 80, balancing flexibility and rigidity for long-term use in various working conditions.
• Applications: Widely used in low load bearings, special valves, check valves, float valves, fluid level indicators, carburetors, flow meters, makeup bottles, as well as chemical, medical and laboratory devices such as transfusion kits.
• Features: Reliable mechanical properties and good resistance to corrosion, fatigue, collisions and heat. Suitable for use at temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 110℃. They are also excellent electric insulators.
