Product Description
cablecc Mini SAS SFF-8087 Male to External SFF-8088 Female Extension Internal Cable PCBA with Low Profile Bracket 50cm
- SFF-8088 26pin External four channel connector (data only), A SFF-8088 cable is capable of carrying four data lanes (equivelant to an external version of the SFF-8087). One important feature here is the fact that the SFF-8088 cables “lock” into place which is important as an external connection method.
- SFF-8087 36pin Internal four channel connector (data only),SFF-8087 connectors tend to have locking mechanisms that snap into place when a cable is inserted. This generally keep the connections secure over time even if there is minor chassis movement and vibration.
- Supports up to 12Gb/s Mini SAS Data Transfer Rate, Length 50cm.External 8088 female to internal 8087 male cable, will work both on the host and device side. With Low Profile bracket.
- The High Density (HD) system referenced as Mini-SAS (SFF-8088) in the SAS 2.1 standard, meets the 12Gb/s SAS specification. These Connectors will be used on the SAS 3.0 specification when it is released. Cable material may change but the connectors will be the next generation of SAS to run at 12Gb/s.
- SFF-8088 Mini SAS cable for reliable data transfer in server and storage environments. Versatile Compatibility: Suitable for SAS RAID controllers, backplanes, and other SAS-equipped hardware.
