• Installation Precautions: The ink cartridges are separated from the printhead with long ink tubes. Air entering tubes when lifting cartridges will block ink flow. The printhead generates heat during operation. Insufficient ink supply can permanently burn nozzles and lead to broken print lines. Pre-installation Reminder: Our brand-new printhead comes pre-filled with protective fluid to prevent nozzle clogging for 1–2 years. DO NOT wipe the fluid. NEVER inject ink into the printhead with a syringe! The printhead is fragile. High injection pressure can rupture and permanently damage it.
• For first use: flush the printhead thoroughly and run 3–5 auto-clean cycles. Let the printer rest several hours if ink saturation is inadequate. Instructions: Leave lifted cartridges standing for 1–2 hours. Install only after ink flows out to confirm no air in tubes. Ensure smooth ink flow into the printhead during assembly. All units are brand new and fully tested before shipment to ensure full functionality. Minor stains or scratches from testing may occur, please feel free to use it.
