YakGear 01-0096 Standncast Outriggers (Gen II)

Outrigging your canoe or kayak creates a more versatile vessel for the entire family. Whether you're heading out on your own trying to wrangle in some fish, or paddling with little ones who are more likely to 'rock the boat', you'll experience ultimate stability throughout the waters. Yak Gear created this kit with two Outriggers, one for each side of the boat, with 30 inch arms and a float base of roughly 22 inches from port and starboard alike. Included is the Railblaza StarPort base that is able to be mounted directly to the vessel, or has the option to be mounted to a separate piece of wood for use in a canoe. Each arm can be raised vertically when approaching a dock or avoiding an obstacle, and can be mounted towards either the bow or stern, so you'll have plenty of options. The floats include pre-installed threading to allow additional StarPort Mounting as you please, in case you wanted to catch footage of the day with a camera mount. This kit comes complete with instructions and all stainless steel hardware so you can get out on the water as soon as you can!
