I. instrument introduction
Hy-100A, B, C powder tap density tester is based on the international standard GB/ t5162-2006 / iso3953:1993 (determination of metal powder tap density),
and referring to the United States pharmacopoeia independent development and manufacture of powder density test instruments.
Hy-100A, B, C powder tap density tester consists of adjustable speed motor, vibration component, micro computer and micro printer. The instrument is compact, firm and easy to operate.

2.performance indicators
(1). The weight of the tested sample: ≤500.00g.
(2). The volume of powder tapped sample : ≤250.00 ml (standard 25 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml four different specifications of measuring cylinder).
(3). Single vibration frequency: ≤0 ~ 99999 times (the output is "loose pack density" when set to 0 times).
(4). Motor allowable torque: 0.86 N.m.
(5). Vibration frequency: maximum 300 revolutions/minute (0 ~ 300 revolutions/minute can be adjusted continuously;
American pharmacopoeia stipulates 300 revolutions/minute).
(6). Vibration amplitude: maximum 15mm (adjustable integer from 1mm to 15mm, specified in national standard as 3mm).

Environmental requirements for HY-100 type powder density tester
1.Power: AC 220V ± 10%50Hz, 40W.
2.Working hours: in order to ensure the durability of the instrument, it is recommended that the continuous working time should not exceed 2 hours.
3.Relative humidity: less than 85%, no condensation other requirements: the environment is clean and smokeless, no mechanical vibration or electromagnetic interference sources around.
