• WIDE RANGE: Measures -58 deg F to 932 deg F (-50 deg C to 500 deg C), covering everyday surface testing from iced surfaces and cold storage up to griddles, soldering irons and hot metal.
• FAST, CONTACT READING: The stainless steel contact tip sits flat on the surface and responds in seconds, so you get a stable reading without holding the probe against a hot pan for a long time.
• WIDE COMPATIBILITY: Standard K-type output works with most K-type thermometers, multi-meters and HVAC meters; simply set your meter to the K-type / thermocouple mode before use.
