Brand new upgraded turbocharger for the mazda 3 & 6 with 2.3 turbo. This is a direct bolt in turbo to replace the 881/882 turbos from the speed 3 & 6. This unit is completely re-engineered and built "BULLET PROOF". Upgraded bearing and seals as well as a new designed thrust bearing mean this turbo is built to stand anything. The compressor wheel is a brand new designed 12 blade billet wheel. This wheel is slightly oversized to provide a safe increase in top end power but thanks to clever mods to the exhaust side of this turbo you don't lose and bottom end power. The wastegate is ported and the actuator is calibrated to make this a bolt on no tuning required replacement turbocharger for the cx-7. However we recommend getting tuned and you will gain 10-15 ft/lbs of torque and 20-25 hp at low rpm ranges. And a peak increase of 28 ft lbs of tq and 37hp has been seen with this turbo.
