Why should know the heart rate?

Raise the heart rate
In normal, the lifetime of human and the heart rate have an inverse relationship, the athlete's HR is lower than average person. Use a HR strap to know your sports data, doing exercise with scientific method to lower the HR. After 3-months exercise, HR can reduce 4-5/ min.HR lower 45% HR max, there's no mean to take exercise. When 60-70% HR max, it's fat burning process, when 70-80% HR max, it's in the aerobic exercise, can improve heart and lungs.
