- To operate the controller, at least four connectors must be connected first. First, connect the two thicker wires on the controller (blue and yellow) to the motor, with the blue wire connecting to the motor's red wire and the white wire connecting to the motor's black wire. Next, connect the two thicker wires on the controller (red and black) to the battery, with the red wire to the positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal. Third, connect the throttle connector (the throttle has three wires; ensure red wire to red and black wire to black). Finally, connect the ignition switch, turn it on, and the motor will start running

Red & Black(3) (small cable): Charging port.Thin red (charge input power Positive) /thin black (Power negative)
Red & Black(4)(small cable) : indicator light.Thin red (Indicator power output) /thin black (indicator negative)
Red & Blue(5) : Key Switch(power locks).Thin Red(VCC)/Thin Blue. (If there is no power locks,red connection to blue)
Red & Black(6): Brake light,Thin red (power Positive) /thin black (Power negative)
Yellow & Blue(7) : Motor connections, Thick Yellow (Motor Negative) /Thick Blue (Motor Positive)
