The jar is large and contains about 1.5 liters of water, so it is suitable for large families or large meals. And if this is the kind of a special meal on a sunny day in the summer, then filling it with beer is a blessing ... Just looking at it makes me thirsty. Clay has a unique feature of insulation that keeps the temperature of the drink inside. So hot drink actually stays warmer for a while ... or alternatively cold water or beer.

As part of my desire to control all the aspects of creating the bowl and with much curiosity to the materials themselves, I make the glazes I use myself. All my glazes are food-safe, lead-free and are non-toxic.

The clay is fired twice to a high temperature (1200c/2192f) which enhances its strength and there are many more items of different sizes, shapes, and colors. You are more than welcome to visit the store and take a peek at additional baking dishes

How do I clean it?
It can be hand-washed with dish detergent or can be washed in a dishwasher

All my ceramic-ware is microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe.
Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top.
