This tool grips the rod securely so you can wind it to the correct tension quickly and without damage.
• HOOKS THE ROD, TURNS THE TENSION: Slip the tool over the end of the spiral rod, then turn it to wind the balance to the correct tension before inserting it into the proper window shoe. The ergonomic grip keeps the motion comfortable through repeated use.
