• Training methods: Look at the closest line on the chart from 40 cm away, try to make the image fuse for 5 seconds, then keep that fused image for 10 seconds. After that, move your eyes up to the next line and repeat the same steps for each line, making sure the image stays clear and fused for 10 seconds each time. Refer to the image for reference
• Use: Start the training by placing the guide rod between the trainer and the life ring card, then slowly move it closer to the eyes.
• Gaze Effect: 1. The center of the fused circle looks dark brown, and there are red and green charts on each side. 2. The fusion circle moves upward and slowly gets closer to the trainer. 3. The letters inside the circle appear to float.
• Training tips: Use a guide stick to guide fusion if it is difficult to gaze.
