- TEAR SUBSTITUTE: Viscosan contains 0.32% hypromellose and cetrimide that act as tear substitutes for dry eyes. Hypromellose helps the eye remain lubricated and produces high quality artificial tears.
- ENDS DEHYDRATION: Tear secretion disorder can cause dehydration of the cornea and conjunctiva of the eye
- CONTACT LENS SAFE: Viscosan eye drops for dry eyes can also be used to rewet hard contact lenses. Soft contact lenses must be removed prior to application of Viscosan.
