• The Golden Focal Length for Portraits: 85mm is the ideal focal length for portrait photography, offering a standard field of view, comfortable composition, and natural perspective. Combined with the EVO’s excellent distortion control, it’s easy for beginners to master.
• Large f2.0 Aperture for Pure Clarity: Even at wide-open aperture, the lens delivers a soft, natural bokeh effect with smooth out-of-focus transitions, making the subject stand out. The lens has been extensively optimized for chromatic aberration, keeping visible chromatic aberration at an extremely low level.
• 0.74m Minimum Focusing Distance: The Viltrox 85mm f/2.0 breaks through the conventional 0.8-meter minimum focusing limit of standard 85mm lenses, allowing creators to get closer to their subjects and magnify subtle details, with image sharpness remaining consistent whether shooting close-up or at a distance.
• Weighing only approximately 340g: The classic optical design of a full-frame 85mm lens has been refined to an unprecedented level of compactness, making it easy to carry and redefining the balance between portability and performance.
• Professional Control, Reliable Performance:Equipped with a customizable Fn button, a click-stop/stepless aperture ring switch, and AF/MF focus mode selection, it meets the diverse needs of both still photography and video shooting. It maintains reliable and stable performance even in challenging shooting conditions.
