Damage due to wear and tear such as rips, tears, UV degradations, abrasions, neglect, misuse, abuse, or the natural breakdown of materials or adhesives over time will not be covered by the manufacturers guarantee. The following is a list of “normal wear and tear” damage categories that will not be eligible for repair or replacement: Human error, snags, scrapes, holes cause by owner, fabric caught in zippers, unauthorized repairs, uses outside of intended uses, contact with other fabrics, issues with fit over time, zipper malfunctions, failure to follow care instructions, odor, burns of any kind, fading from sunlight, fabric or zippers stressed beyond their intended use, and damage from pets or animals. If you think your product has failed prematurely due to poor construction or a defect in materials, please contact us at [email protected] with detailed photos and descriptions of the defect for review. Our customer service team will review the warranty request and determine if it qualifies for return or repair. You will be notified of our decision as soon as your case is is reviewed.
