• THE SCIENCE OF OVERSPEED TRAINING - The VELO Overspeed Training System includes 1 bat 20% lighter than your game bat and 2 sleeves. The green sleeve will make the bat 10% lighter and the black sleeve will make the bat 5% heavier than your game bat. Following the science backed principles of overspeed training, the training always works from light to heavy to reduce the dynamic resistance of your swing, allowing your body to move much faster than normal.
• ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDED - Our easy to follow training videos with Elite Coach Matt Antonelli take about 10 minutes, 3x a week to start increasing your bat speed and exit velo within your first training session.
