• DIRECT REPLACEMENT for the Sterling J31R04093-002 and Beacon-Morris 11J31R04093-002 unit heater fan motors. Built by McMillan Electric as its model A0820B2843, which replaces McMillan 4210A.
• CHECK YOUR HEATER kBTU FIRST: this motor serves 125, 150 and 300 kBTU units only, covering Sterling TF, QVF, QVEF, QVSF and XF and Beacon-Morris BTU, BMF, BMEF and BMSF models in those sizes.
• WILL NOT FIT 175, 200, 225, 250, 350 or 400 kBTU heaters, which take the 1/3 HP P4094. Note 300 kBTU is this motor, not the P4094, even though 300 sits between two of the P4094 sizes.
• 5 in diameter open air-over motor, 1/4 HP, 1075 RPM, single speed, 115V, 4.7 amps, sleeve bearings, thermally protected, Class 130 B insulation, 1/2 in by 3.25 in shaft. Bare motor, no fan blade.
• A 5 MFD 370 VAC run capacitor is required. Four mounting studs on the shaft end on 4.5 in centres, 41 in leads. Electric Motor Warehouse is not affiliated with Sterling or Beacon-Morris.
• BUILT BEFORE 30 APRIL 2007? Those heaters used the earlier -001 motor with a different shaft, so you may also need the matching replacement fan blade. Check the old shaft before fitting this.
