Important Notes: :
1.In order to enjoy the 4K @ 60 Hz high resolution, please make sure to use HDMI 2.0 cable.
2. Windows 10 : Windows Menu--> Setting--> Display--> Advanced Display Settings, set your laptop's resolution same as or lower the resolution of external monitor.
Mac Os: Apple icon-->System Preferences-->Displays-->Arrangement-->Mirror Displays. Choose Mirror Displays, Then go back to Displays option, choose Scaled 1920*1080P, choose Refresh Rate at 60 Hertz or 30 hertz, then disconnect and reconnect the cable again.
If it does not work, you can go to the official website of your laptop, update the BIOS and graphics driver, and try again.
