1.HDMI socket doesn't work
First,try another HDMI cable,if it is not a problem of the cable,please use another computer to test.
2.VGA socket doesn't work
First,try another VGA cable,if it is not a problem of the cable,please use another computer to test.
*For the HDMI and VGA cables,if they still can't work after you finish the above steps,maybe your computer system is incompatible with our product. You can return it and get refund.
3.USB-C Charger
Please use the right charger under the specified voltage,otherwise it will destory the chips.
4.Simultaneous Display
The HDMI and the VGA sockets can output simultaneously,but they will display the same thing on both monitors not different things.
5.Product not Applicable
Your USB-C socket maybe not support extended functions.
