Smooth Move

For gentle overnight relief from occasional constipation (irregularity).

Easy to use: One cup of tea taken before bedtime will generally produce a bowel movement the next morning, within 6-12 hours.

How it works: Senna leaf is the "move" in Smooth Move, and works by direct action on the intestine, which is why it is called a stimulant laxative. The pharmacopoeial grade senna leaf in Smooth Move contains an effective dose of sennosides- the component of the herb that ensures the laxative effect.

It's combined with fennel, orange peel, cinnamon, coriander and ginger to provide additional digestive support and reduce the potential for unpleasant feelings, such as cramping.

Taste: Sweet and slightly bitter, with citrus-orange and spicy notes.

Drink Smooth Move responsibly.
