- The Wilkin family has been farming in Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves since 1885. Majority of the fruit used in Tiptree jars are grown on their own farm, ensuring fruit is hand picked with care at the most optimal time.
Tiptree Double One is a specialty orange marmalade produced from the juice of fresh Seville oranges with added tangerines, containing thin chips of peel. Tiptree imports whole oranges from Seville at their peak ripeness and ascertains whether the fruit should be peeled or left whole at the home factory in Essex.
