TheraHoney Wound Gel Honey Dressing has high sugar level that helps promote autolytic debridement of necrotic tissue, a moist wound healing environment and rapidly reduces wound odor. TheraHoney Wound Gel contains 100% sterile, medical-grade Manuka honey with no additives or fillers. This active Manuka Gel is ideal for difficult to dress wounds. TheraHoney Wound Gel is indicated for use on wounds with no drainage to moderate drainage and should be paired with an occlusive absorbent dressing. It is compatible with silver dressings and wound cleanser surfactants.
