Very Best of

2010 UK 26-track CD album comprising classic recordings from the legendary and prolific Slim Whitman, whose unique high-baritone voice has charmed audiences through records and concerts for more than half a century. Packed with popular [and famously clean-cut] country and easy listening standards, made famous by great vocalists of the century as well as Slim himself, including 'Love Song of the Waterfall', his renowned semi-yodelled versions of the light operetta favorites 'Indian Love Call' and 'Rose Marie', the previously unreleased track 'We Three', and first UK stereo release of 'Cool Water' & 'The Old Lamplighter' and more.
