The Tao of Tea, Strong Fire Oolong, 3.5 Ounce Tin

• Grown at an altitude of 1100 meters in Central Taiwan, Strong Fire Oolong is made from the Tieguanyin tea plant varietal.
• In making Strong Fire, only the mature, hardy leaves are plucked. They are then withered in the sun for a few hours to reduce moisture
• Full-bodied texture, toasty aroma, and a bittersweet chocolate flavor.
• ESTABLISHED 1997 Like Tao, the art of tea is universal. We began our work with tea with the intent to be a connecting thread for tea culture.
• MORE THAN FAIR TRADE We believe in being socially conscious with all of our teas. We were among the first group of tea companies to join the Fair Trade movement in the United States.
