• Fractionated coconut oil (MCT carrier oil): coconut oil with the long-chain fats removed, so it stays liquid, clear and odorless. One ingredient, 1 fl oz (30 ml) glass dropper. Not a cooking or dietary MCT oil.
• The standard base for essential oils and roller bottles: 2 drops of EO per teaspoon (5 ml) for skin, 1 drop per teaspoon for children over 6. Does not go rancid, no scent to compete with the blend.
• For skin: 3-4 drops on damp skin, absorbs in a minute with no greasy film. Studied, with moderate evidence, for dry skin and eczema-prone skin (as coconut oil), early for wound healing.
• For hair: 2-3 drops on the ends to smooth frizz without the weight of solid coconut oil. Also a massage oil on its own: light, long glide, washes out of sheets.
• Vegan, cruelty-free, hexane-free, no fragrance. For external use. Patch-test on the inner arm for 24 hours first. Store capped at room temperature; stays liquid in the cold.
