• Cold-pressed, unrefined flaxseed (linseed) oil from Linum usitatissimum seeds, naturally rich in omega 3 (ALA). One ingredient, hexane-free, 1 fl oz (30 ml) glass dropper. Packed for skin and hair, not a supplement.
• Studied for dry skin and psoriasis (moderate evidence) and for acne, dark spots and redness (early). Press 2-3 drops into damp skin at night; light, absorbs quickly, no greasy film.
• For hair: 3-4 drops on the lengths for shine and frizz, or 5-6 drops into a dry scalp before washing. Also a base for essential oils: 2 drops of EO per teaspoon.
• Flaxseed oil oxidizes fast. Keep it capped, out of light, in the fridge once opened, and use within 3 months. A sharp, paint-like smell means it has turned.
• Vegan, cruelty-free, no fragrance, no mineral oil. For external use. Patch-test on the inner arm for 24 hours first.
