Mayor Of Macdougal Street: Rarities 1957-69

Along with the recent Dave Van Ronk memoir-which would be a good read alongside Bob Dylan's recent tome-comes this collection of completely unreleased Van Ronk recordings, including concert, studio and "apartment" tracks that trace his career from its obscure beginnings to his current reign as eminence grise of the Greenwich Village folk scene. Includes Willie the Weeper; Both Sides Now; All My Trials; Salty Dog , and 13 more.
