The Girl in the Freezer

“Flawed” columnist Shawn Shaw is lured into the hunt for an escaped prodigy. Chuti Tiu was conceived by scientists, raised in an underground “treatment” chamber, and carries a rare gene. Her captors want her back to complete their experiments. Ruthless billionaire James Berk, an agent for the scientific Destiny Foundation, is on Tiu’s trail. He must bring her back, preferably alive. Failure is unacceptable, even fatal for Berk. Only Shaw and a bartender ex-cop stand in Berk’s way.
