• SPECIFICATIONS: High density, thin felt material, 0.32-0.36 g/cm³ (539.4-606.8 lb/yd³). This material contains 95% wool fiber. F-50 Industrial Felt is highly durable, hard/firm and inflexible. This material has moderate oil absorption and retention as well as excellent resistance to abrasion and wear.
• COLOR: Our industrial felt is 100% natural and undyed, therefore the material slight color variation will occur from lot to lot. F-50 Industrial felt will generally range from off-white to beige.
• APPLICATIONS: Anti-vibration dampening pads, bearing seals, bushings, gaskets, gun wads, oil and grease retention or friction gaskets, polishing jewelry, resoling dance shoes, shelf lining, sign holder, to prevent powder migration across equipment, washers, wicks/fluid transfer, and window channels.
• INDUSTRIES SERVED: This material can be used in automotive, equipment manufacturing, footwear, interior design, gun and firearm, jewelry, mechanical.
• HOW TO CUT: Industrial felt pieces that are less than 1/4" thick can be cut using a rotary blade. Thicker felt may require a fabric saw.
