Jack has a loving mother and his own dog walking job and he’s only in 6th grade. He has big dreams of becoming a veterinarian but he’s not doing so good in school. School is hard and he thinks about giving up his dreams of college. But a substitute teacher asks him to change his thinking, hesitantly, he complies, and though trial and effort manages to get closer to reaching what he thought might never happen.
