10 Seconds Flat Foot Low Profile Insoles are ideal for people with low arches or flat feet. Flat Foot Insoles compensate for biomechanical problems associated with flat feet to relieve foot, ankle, hip, lower back, leg and arch pain. The patented design aligns the ankle and supports the foot from Mid-Stance to Toe-off for Motion Control. Unlike other insole manufacturers, 10 Seconds uses a Poron Cellular Urethane layer for athletic cushioning. Poron is light weight & durable, it does not harden like PVC foam, does not breakdown like Latex foam or take a compression set like EVA foam. Sizing: If your shoe size is a half size (ie 10 1/2), select the next size down (size 10).
