• SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE - 100% MEXICAN CHIAPAS: Our coffee beans are fair trade, sourced from the Pantelho, San Juan Cancuc, Chalchihuitan, Sitala and Simojovel regions of Chiapas Mexico. Variety: Bourbon, Mundo Novo and Typica.
• CUPPING NOTES: Notes of Brown Sugar, Cashew and Pear. Chiapas coffee beans are grown in the southeastern mountains of of Mexico, near Guatemala. Also known as Tapachula coffee, Chiapas produces some of highest quality Mexico coffee.
• FULLY WASHED AND DRIED: Raw coffee beans are wet-processed (washed), where the fruit is removed before the coffee beans are dried, to ensure a clean taste and bright acidity.
• STORAGE AND BREWING: To preserve the fresh flavor of your Mexican coffee beans, store in an air-tight container (or very tightly seal the bag it comes in) in a dark, cool place. For best results, grind your Mexican Chiapas coffee no more than 15 minutes prior to brewing!
