• CUPPING NOTES: Notes of Wild Lemon, Floral tones and Maple Syrup body. Ethiopia Sidama coffee has a soft, medium body and a smooth, clean finish.
• FULLY WASHED AND DRIED: Raw coffee beans are wet-processed (washed), where the fruit is removed before the coffee beans are dried, to ensure a clean taste and bright acidity.
• STORAGE AND BREWING: To preserve the fresh flavor of your Ethiopian coffee after roasting, store in an air-tight container (or very tightly seal the bag) and stre in a dark, cool place at room temperature. For best results, grind your Ethiopian coffee beans no more than 15 minutes prior to brewing.
