• High-Performance Housing : Constructed from impact-resistant PC material, the housing offers 250-300 times the strength of ordinary glass. Heat resistance enables it to withstand Halogen bulb operating temperatures of 90–105°C. The 3D curvature enables sleek, aerodynamic designs that integrate seamlessly with the vehicle's shape.
• Butyl Rubber Seal : Fitted with a butyl rubber seal, our headlights provide exceptional airtightness-blocking over 99.5% of moisture with a gas transmission rate 10× lower than ordinary rubber. The seal retains 90% elasticity after 3 years, adheres strongly to multiple materials, and resists road vibrations and minor impacts.
