TEMCo Nichrome 80 series wire 26 Gauge 100 FT Resistance AWG ga
- 26 AWG, Average wire diameter: 0.0159 in. (0.4039 mm), 2.5711 Ohms/ft at 68°F
- ALLOY: Nichrome 80 (80% Ni, 19.5% Cr, 1.45% Si). Rated for temperatures up to 1180°C (2150°F).

- PERFECTLY TENSIONED. Zero elongation, scratches or other flaws ensure quality wire on every spool.
- ZERO CONTAMINANTS. Clean production environment houses the spooling process. Hands-off computerized spooling eliminates skin salts and oils.
Nichrome 80 has a maximum operating temperature of 1180°C (2150°F). It has good corrosion resistance, good oxidation properties, and very good form stability. The corrosion resistance is good except in sulphur containing atmospheres. It is ideal for lower temperature applications such as: heating elements (hair dryers, ovens, toasters, kilns), model and high power rocket motor and recovery ejection charge ignition, heat sealers, polly cutters, foam cutters, resistors, rheostats, current-temperature controls, pyrotechnic ignition, lab inoculating loops, release mechanisms, and ceramic support in kilns. Made in the USA.
