• 【100-1000ml Filling Volume】The filling machine has a 50L hopper. Filling capacity is adjustable from 100-1000ml. A pneumatic actuated ball valve is equipped with the filler to control the 3-way ball valve to complete filling.
• 【For 3.9-11inch High Bottles】The filler has a 10mm anti-drip filling nozzles. The height of the conveyor is adjustable for bottles of different heights. The diameter of suitable bottles should be less than 3.9inch. The hopper, nozzle and three-way valve is connected by clamps which is easy to be disassembled and cleaned.
• 【Precise Filling】The photoelectric tracking sensors are adopted to ensure the automatic correcting of the Liquid Filling Machine. The Liquid Filler adopts intelligent control panel with touch screen, simple to operate.
