TC Bros. Yamaha Maxim XJ650 Forward Controls Kit

TC Bros. Choppers bolt on Forward Controls that fit Yamaha XJ650 Maxim 4 cylinder motorcycles. Bike in pictures is a 1982. Our kit was designed for stock exhaust header pipes, but most aftermarket exhausts fit without modification. Each kit includes a pair of forward controls featuring CNC machined aluminum pegs. The mounting plates are heavy duty powder coated steel and bolt right to your front motor mounts. The spacers are TIG welded to the mounting plates. Everything bolts on with no frame modifications. Longer motor mount bolts are included in the kit. Mounting instructions with pictures are included. Universal Linkage Kits are not included with this kit but are available from us. Your stock brake pedal and shifter must be modified to attach linkage rods. Everything is explained in the included instructions! This is a very easy mod to do to your Yamaha XJ 650 and makes long trips much more comfortable due to the fact that your legs are extended forward rather than bent. Great for choppers, bobbers, or even stock bikes!
