That's why we start with fresh milk and cream and source the highest-quality ingredients from all around the world. We create all of our sorbetto and gelato flavors from scratch, using an old world process that involves slow cooking our ingredients in smaller batches to bring out beautiful, unique flavors. Then, we package our products in clear, BPA-free jars that can be recycled and reused any way you like. Please note that Talenti jars are not microwave or dishwasher safe.
