• NATURAL SUPERFOOD POWDER - Strawberry is a versatile fruit that tastes delicious fresh, cooked, or even canned. Besides their good taste, strawberries are packed full of powerful nutrients, including antioxidants and vitamins.
• GET THE BENEFITS OF THE WHOLE FRUIT - Our strawberry extract is made from the whole berry. This means you won't miss out on any valuable nutrients packed inside the flesh, or the skin.
• PACKED WITH NUTRIENTS - Freeze drying technology allows us to significantly reduce the weight of the strawberries while preserving all of the nutrients. 7 ounces of our strawberry powder is equivalent to 70 ounces of fresh strawberry – 1.6 ounce in each teaspoon.
• NO SWEETENERS OR ADDITIVES - We believe that nothing beats the natural flavor of strawberries. That is why we do not add any sugar or fillers like maltodextrine in our powders that would alter the flavor and decrease its nutritional benefits. Since we don't use any additives, sometimes the powder may clump. An easy way to re-powder it is to put it in the freezer for four hours. After that, gently pound the package with a utensil until you achieve the right consistency.
• EASY TO USE - Our strawberry extract flavoring mixes easily in any of your recipes - smoothies, shakes, cakes, porridge, and more. Adding only a spoonful of the strawberry extract boosts your dish with nutrients and color. Just like fresh fruit, our berry powder does not dissolve in water.
