We are pleased to announce our 2018 Upgraded Leather Strops. In 1963, Kousuke Iwasaki wrote a definite work on stropping blades. In 2018, Nations Leather was given a definitive study by Sir Александр from Russia on best practices for leather preparation for stropping knives, blades and razors. This preparation focuses on removing foreign matter from the strop face to create a perfectly smooth stropping area. By utilizing these age proven techniques, we are again creating World Class Straight Razor Strops.

Horween is known to produce a fine leather for stropping. We have been making Horween Horse Strops for sometime and are pleased to offer the Horween Leather in Horween Horse. Horween Leather Company located in Chicago is one of the oldest continuously running tanneries in the United States.
