• Ironclad Edition - Metal mechs included instead of plastic mechs of the standard edition.
• Expansion: The Gears of Corruption expansion to Expeditions adds elements of risk and danger in the form of secret bonuses on map tokens and a corrupted mech that roams the land. To counter these threats, the expansion offers 2 new mechs and 4 new character/companion pairs.
• Sixth Player Option: Add to the Expeditions base game (required) and now a sixth player can be included in your game. Alternatively, players can now choose green and a new mech option to play as in the base game.
• Accelerate Game Play: Gears of Corruption accelerates early gameplay by giving players starting resources and a hero worker that can act as any type of worker.
• Fits in Base Game Box: This expansion’s contents are all designed to fit into the original box insert.
• Dual Layered Playmats: Dual layered playmats replace the original game’s playmats. These playmats keep pieces from shifting around when the playmat board is bumped.
• Alternate History and World Explorations: Richly developed alternate reality with interesting and beautiful 1920+ artwork done by Jakub Rozalski (Iron Harvest). Game design by Jamey Stegmaier (Viticulture).
