The Stanley 12-508 Block Plane Iron Cutter features hardened, tempered high-carbon chrome steel which assures excellent edge retention. Can be honed to a razor-sharp edge. Ground to a flat surface for easy sharpening. Comes with accurate ground edge of 25°; finishing with an additional honed angle of 30° is recommended.
