Sonata No. 3: Trombone, Baritone or Trumpet and Piano

Piano part with pull out section for Trombone, & Baritone/BbTrumpet. Originally for flute, this five movement sonata is an ideal recital piece;
lengthy enough to be considered a major work, varied enough to prove the
performer's ability in technique, sound, control, range and musicianship;
yet not so difficult to be out of the range of the average high school
trombonist. Indeed, some of the movements are within the ability of the
junior high performer. Because of the tessitura, a trombone with "F"
attachment will simplify the playing of certain portions of this sonata.
