Somerset dough sheeter is ideal for cinnamon roils, yeast raised donuts, Danishes, pastry production, dough lamination, Pie crusts, pizza, Pasta, fondant and much more. Sheets dough up to 10 inch or 25 cm wide. Synthetic, non-stick rollers. Sheets 500-600 pieces per hour. Ergonomic design makes it easy and simple to operate. All Stainless steel construction offers Safety, sanitation, speed, simplicity, durability and low cost. Rollers are 3.5 inch in diameter by 10 inch in length. Scrapers are synthetic, Spring loaded and removable. Sealed ball bearings, permanently lubricated. Simple handle adjustments for exact uniform dough thickness. Synthetic rollers eliminate dough build up. Safe, simple, easy to operate and clean.
