Snappy Premium Corn Dog Mix, 50 lb Bulk Bag, Authentic Batter for Golden Corn Dogs

• Bulk 50 lb supply: One 50 lb bag of premium corn dog batter mix gives concession stands, fairs and food service operations the volume they need for a full season of busy events without constant restocking
• Just add water: Add 10 to 12 ozs of water per one pound of mix and stir until smooth for a quick, easy batter; no eggs, oil or extra ingredients needed so you can start dipping and frying in minutes
• Fair-style results every time: Fry at 350 to 375 degrees F for crispy, golden corn dogs with a light, fluffy interior; remove moisture from your wiener before dipping for the best coating adhesion and crunch
• Versatile batter mix: Works great with hot dogs, cheese sticks, sausages, vegetables and other dippable snacks on a stick; also popular for deep-fried desserts like cheesecake bites and candy bars on a stick
• Built for high-volume service: A single large bag means fewer packages to open, store and handle during a rush at carnivals, food trucks and fundraisers; allergy information: contains wheat, milk, egg and soy
