How To Create A Sitz Soak Using A "Sitz Bath" Adapter: If you're using an over-the-toilet Sitz Bath adapter, start with a small amount of our Sitz Soak epsom salt blend - about 1 ounce per gallon of comfortably warm water. Allow the sitz soak mixture to dissolve completely and enjoy the aromatherapy of the essential oils. Soak for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your personal needs and personal preference.
